THOUSANDS of people flooded to Tredegar House to enjoy the annual folk festival.
Around 2,000 people enjoyed the weekend's sunshine at the event which featured a wide range of music, dancing and craft stalls.
Publicity officer Angelica Sadler said: "It's been very busy, I think we've done well this year."
Now in its 19th year, the festival included music and dance workshops, as well as a real ale bar featuring beers from across Gwent and the rest of Wales.
BBC Young Folk Award finalists and One String Loose, Ian Day's Albino Frogs and duo Nancy Kerr and James Fagan were just some of the names entertaining the masses.
For the younger patrons, bouncy castles and face painting were just two activities on offer.
The wide range of music and dance on offer over the course of the weekend included a gypsy session held in the courtyard as well as Greek and Danish dancing.
Mrs Sadler, 54, said: "It's been absolutely wonderful, it's a cultural experience. The idea is the folk traditions and the culture."
She added: It is lovely having it at Tredegar House because it's a lovely building and historical. It's a family festival and we like to enjoy ourselves."

A special thank you to all performers who traveled to join us from all over the country and all visitors who gave so generously to next years festival. Thank you also to those who gave their time so generously to ensure all went smoothly and safely. We have had a fantastic weekend. See you all next year.
